Leading Food & Beverage companies, luxury sunglass retailer and premium outdoor wear brand to open in Finland’s first outlet village
Zsar Outlet Village has signed new lease agreements with Restamax, an international coffee shop chain, luxury sunglass retailer Sunsolo, and Stayer, a premium outdoor wear brand.
Helsinki stock exchange listed restaurant group Restamax will open two different high-quality restaurant units with c. 300 customer seats. An international coffee shop chain opens 80-seat café and a wine bar with a summer terrace.
“We are excited to enter the first outlet village in Finland. We believe that Zsar will be an extremely attractive centre and customers are willing to drive from distances there to spend their time. Zsar’s location by the busiest border crossing point between the EU and Russia will draw Russian and Asian customers with high purchasing power”, says Tero Kaikkonen, Chief Development Officer, Restamax.
“In order to make Zsar the ultimate shopping destination for the brand hungry consumers both in Finland and North-Western Russia, the F&B segment has been the focal point in the centre’s development. We want our customers to enjoy every element of their visit by providing a superb shopping experience. Most of our visitors will drive 60-120 minutes to Zsar with very little F&B services along the way. We are confident that our F&B offering itself will be a key driver in attracting customers from our catchment area of 8,5 million Finns and Russians”, says Sami Vainiomäki, CEO of Zsar.
Sunsolo enters Zsar with the largest selection of premium and luxury sunglasses in Finland. Company’s brands include e.g. Armani, Bulgari, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Gant, Gucci, Prada, Ray Ban, Tommy Hilfiger, Versace, Voque and many more.
Stayer, a rising premium high-tech ski and outdoor wear brand, will open its first company store in Finland in Zsar.
